Persian fine dining restaurant Shabestan is launching a new seasonal menu for January celebrating Persia’s love for pomegranates.
The red fruit, with its sweet and tangy flavour, is an Iranian favourite and has been used widely in their cooking since ancient times. From appetiser platters with tasty dips to Persian pomegranate stew and Persian saffron ice-cream, the four-course menu, put together by Iranian born Executive Chef Hamid Hosseini, features this delicious fruit. This menu also has vegetarian alternatives for those who are looking for healthy and plant-based food.
