
For one night only, we are excited to invite Thai-Singaporean chef Rishi Arora of Part Thai to join hands with our very own Chef Noom of Club Rangoon to create a special feasting menu showcasing our favorite Thai & Burmese flavors. Expect new creations from the Club Rangoon kitchen, alongside an array of the most delectable Thai grub from Part Thai.
Chef Rishi, born in Singapore and raised in Thailand, is known for his elevated classic comfort Thai food, through his private dining brand Part Thai. His dishes are a testament to the bold and aromatic flavors of Thai cuisine, yet infused with a punchy, layered complexity that sets him apart. With each bite, the harmony of sweet, sour, salty and spicy notes with transport your tastebuds to Thailand, while hinting at the richness of his multicultural roots. And of course, our own Chef Noom, an Isan-native specializing in Burmese cuisine, will be doing what she does best — incorporating a unique Club Rangoon twist on classic Yangon fare.
