A stalwart of the Malaysian bar industry, Coley was named after the legendary Ada Coleman of The Savoy. One of the first proponents of craft spirits in Malaysia when it first opened as a pop-up in 2014, it won Best Bar in Malaysia and has firmly remained one of the top gin-focused bars in the country.
Coley will serve innovative cocktails at Moga, the modern Izakaya bar in Pullman Singapore Hill Street, on Monday, 11 November, from 8pm to 12am. The guest shift is part of a series of international guest shifts celebrating the bar’s first anniversary this November.
