Michele will bring a taste of Scotland to Singapore with four tipples from American Bar’s The Rose Compendium cocktail menu, which is born from 18 months of R&D, showcasing ingredients sourced from Gleneagles’ own ecosystem and Scottish artisan producers.
Enjoy four signature cocktails (SGD26++ each) including Pear, a reimagined Margarita with walnut and chilli jam; Quince, an elevated White Negroni with rare Quince liqueur; Blackberry, a whisky Gimlet with hand-selected Scottish blackberries; and Almond, an indulgent milk punch blending Bulleit bourbon with almond milk and cold brew coffee.
