Singapore’s private members’ club welcomes a three-month residency spotlighting an evolving journey through the culinary mind of Chef Gaggan and his team. He’s lauded as the world’s most successful Indian chef, with his former restaurant topping the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list for four consecutive years.
The culinary superstar’s residency at Mandala Club lasts from 3 November 2021 until end-March 2022 (extended from January, with a break from 7-12 January for the creation of a new menu). Gaggan will be personally leading a 20-strong team, including his head chef and restaurant manager, throughout the residency. Patrons can look forward to degustation menus crafted from the best seasonal ingredients, married with locally-sourced produce, and injected with Gaggan’s unconventional creativity. These culinary gems will be presented on bespoke ceramic service ware crafted by artisans from Kyushu, shipped to Singapore to deliver an authentic Gaggan aesthetic.
Outside the dining room, you’ll find a cold bar for casual entertainment. Gaggan will be working with the team from his colourful Mexican-meets-Indian outfit Ms Maria and Mr Singh to create light bites and cocktails.
