With 12 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Max takes unwavering pride in every dish he creates, no matter the cuisine. After spending numerous years in different professional kitchens and chefs around Singapore, notably with Chef Robin Ho from Privé and Chef Samia Ahad from the Coriander Leaf, Max decided to share his passion through teaching. He recalls the highlight of his career to be when his students won first place in an annual cooking competition. Each class has a minimum sign-up rate before commencement. In the event that a participant is absent, no make-ups will be conducted – fees are non-refundable. In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. We will inform you 72 hours before by email & will refund you. Our studio can be a bit chilly, so please bring a jacket & wear closed shoes. If you would like to bring home some of the amazing food, please bring along your own takeaway boxes.
