New York-inspired dining concept, Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street welcomes guests to join in National Day celebrations at its National Day Brunch ‘24 (S$59++ pp) on Friday, 9 August 2024, from 12pm to 3pm. Savour local interpretations on American classics such as Har Cheong Gai (Prawn Paste) Chicken & Waffles, Singapore Chilli Blue Crab in the Land N Sea Platter, and Pulled Beef Rendang Sandwich, a twist on the Reuben! Reuben! American classic. Other local dishes include toasted traditional bread with kaya, butter and poached eggs, as well as golden mantou and bergedil side dishes. Ondeh Ondeh cake and Orh Nee Tarts bring a sweet end to the festivities.
The brunch menu is priced at S$59++ per pax. Kids aged 12 and below can enjoy the brunch at S$29++ per pax.
