Guests can indulge in starters including the renowned Tokyo Hummus, Tuna Sashimi Donburi, Spicy Baby Cornand Chicken Liver Mousse. For mains, choose between the Braised Pork Belly with shoyu honey glaze, lemon sesame dressing, leek and mizuna or opt for the lighter Grilled Barramundi with mentaiko, parsnip and rosella compote. For the finale, guests can enjoy the specially curated Valentine’s Day dessert, Cherry Bomb, that is made up of yakult sorbet, sake jelly and meringue.
Wash it all down with an exclusive cocktail, Peary Love, that consist of Colombo Gin, karakuchi sake umeshu, peach orgeat, Poire Williams, sesame oil, fresh nashi pear and lemon juice. For an extra nostalgic touch, the Neon Pigeon team will be taking Polaroid’s of guests for keepsake mementoes.
