On 26th October, Austria celebrates its 102nd birthday and in honour of this wonderful jubilee, LeVeL33 and Chef’s Table has come together for a very special four-hands dinner, available only from 26 to 28 October.
A four-course Austrian-inspired dinner thoughtfully created by Chef Stephan Zoisl, Chef ArChan Chan gives it a unique spin with the addition of LeVeL33’s distinctive beer-centric culinary elements. The dinner is even more special with Austrian wine pairings by Vinothek Leopold.
Begin the dining experience with Tatar vom Rind – beef tartare with confit egg yolk and tangy Dijonnaise paired with 2018 Stagård Riesling “Handwerk”; and Saibling Szegediner – classic Austrian dish featuring crisp Szegediner style cabbage with butter poached Arctic char paired with 2018 Alec Zahel Selection Rosé. The duo presents Zwiebelrostbraten for main course – roast beef sirloin served with potato créme paired with 2017 Kerschbaum Cuvée impresario before ending the lavish meal with Mürbteig – Apfelstrudel – a spent grain shortcrust pastry with Stroph rum and IPA caramel paired with 2009 Farthofer Mostello.
Exclusively available for three nights only, tickets are selling at $89++ per guest (without wine pairing) and at $139++ per guest (inclusive of wine pairing). Reservations can be made either at [email protected] or +65 6834 3133.
