Kantin at Jewel Changi is serving up a cheeky twist with their now-viral Dish Sponge creation, a limited-time-only dessert that is available to 31 May 2025. As many gear up for upcoming travels, this quirky sweet treat is definitely one to catch before flying out.
What looks like an ordinary dish sponge is actually a zesty lemon butter cake layered with English orange marmalade, and topped with lemon foam. It’s accompanied by a pandan and lime syrup served in a dish soap bottle, and features a new addition to the experience: a tropical, ginger-based drink that cheekily mimics murky sink water. The Prank Dessert set is priced at $20.
