In this 3-hour introductory session, explore the benefits and things to note in the practice of Wheel Yoga. A 75-min Wheel Yoga Practice is included. Equipped with a basic understanding of the Yoga Wheel, you can now develop a simple home practice sequence for yourself under the guidance of the trainer at Yoga Seeds. By using the prop, we can discover, observe and gently guide ourselves into a space in our body and mind.
