1) Free community HIIT-style classes 🤸♀️🏋️♂️
The goal of our free community workout program is to help people to get started with exercising. The program will be a combination of body weight exercises, weight training, and plyometric exercises, etc.
Suitable for individuals who are new to HIIT or currently sedentary but looking to get started with exercise.
