With an increase in awareness of mental health and wellness since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, this workshop by Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) aims to share practical tools on becoming more aware of our internal experiences and bodies, as well as how we can restore a sense of safety within our bodies. The session will also touch briefly on the topic of suicide, suicide grief, and how we can support individuals who are affected by suicide.
Join us for a hands-on session on mindfulness and body awareness, followed by a talk on the still stigmatised but very real subject of suicide.
