Dellarosa Wine, Singapore’s newest online wine service dedicated to offering natural, organic, and biodynamic wines, will unveil a curated range at the inaugural Uncorked: Wine Day Out from 24 – 26 November and 1 – 3 December 2017, on Fridays from 5pm to 12am, Saturdays from 11am to 5pm, or 5pm to 11pm, and Sundays from 11am to 8pm.
Dellarosa Wine will showcase a curated selection of red, white, and sparkling wines from Italy that are exclusive to the brand. Available for sampling and purchasing at the bar, these include Carvinea Merula, Paolo Cali Violino, Carvinea Lucerna, Vignetto Saetti Lambrusco Rosso Voila IGP, Corvezzo Prosecco and Giovanni Menti – which present healthier alternatives while delivering flavour, depth and vibrancy in every tipple.
In addition, founder of Dellarosa Wine, Quintino Dellarosa, will be conducting masterclasses on 23 and 24 November. Masterclasses are free, with limited seats available.

Over the last 20 years, there has been a growing attention towards organic and biodynamic farming and natural styles of winemaking, as a result of the industrialisation of wine production. Quintino Dellarosa gives an insight on this worldwide trend, with a focus on the concept of terroir and minimal intervention by the winemakers.
