This includes items that are plant-based, or made without dairy or gluten. Da Paolo Gastronomia’s Greens and Grains Bowl is the brainchild of Andrea Scarpa, Group Executive Chef of Da Paolo Group, who is a fitness enthusiast, ACE-Certified trainer and CrossFit coach. The range embodies his belief in eating delicious, nutritious food by preparing carefully sourced, fresh quality produce minimally in-house and from scratch to preserve their natural flavours.
From 24 March 2023, Da Paolo Gastronomia expands this popular menu with the sumptuous Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl ($17.90) featuring three delectable soup bases – pumpkin, tomato, and broccoli (+$1). The customisable bowls will satisfy individual preferences – ‘eat the rainbow’ all in one meal with a choice of one soup base, one protein, and two vegetables.
The Build-Your-Own Warm Hearty Bowl and Greens & Grains Bowl are available all day, every day for dine-in or takeaway at all Gastronomia outlets except Paragon.
