Join us for an immersive paper folding workshop and learn how to transform sheets of paper into stylish Christmas baubles to decorate your tree this holiday season. Participants will explore the art of paper pleating and crafting techniques to create items that elevate your holiday decor. Led by experienced paper artist Kaelie Kwah, this hands-on workshop will inspire creativity and showcase the endless possibilities of paper as a medium for design.
Here’s what you can expect during the workshop:
1. Get introduced to folding mountains and valleys. Practice sheets to hone your folding skills will be provided.
2. Once you get the hang of folding, we’ll move on to folding your actual baubles! Dimensions will vary depending on your choice.
3. Decorate as you please! A wide range of decorative items like beads, ribbons, sequins will be provided to allow each participant to express themselves individually.
Each Adult participant is entitled to make a set of 2 baubles during the workshop. Adult-child pairs will work together to create 3-4 baubles. Bauble designs and colours shown in images are for reference only. Actual designs & papers used may differ slightly during the workshop. DIY kits will also be available for purchase after the workshop.
