This National Day, Miyoshi by Fat Cow celebrates the special occasion with a special 5-course set menu priced at $98++ per pax. Available from 8 to 11 August 2024 for both lunch and dinner at the main dining hall, diners can look forward to a decadent meal amidst the relaxing ambience of Miyoshi housed in a colonial style conservation building on Sentosa island.
The meal begins with the Hassun Moriawase, an assortment of fresh seafood appetizers including Tiger Prawn Roll Sushi, Seared Tuna with Egg Yolk Shoyu & Mustard, and Simmered Octopus with Hojicha sauce. Other highlights include the Wagyu Manjyu, a deep-fried dumpling filled with minced Toriyama Wagyu paired with a rich dashi broth, and the Tomorokoshi Chawanmushi, a silky steamed egg custard made with Japanese eggs and sweet corn.
For mains, the Kanto-style Miyazaki A4 Striploin Sukiyaki features thinly sliced Wagyu, served with a savory sukiyaki sauce, offering an exceptional experience for beef lovers. Alternatively, the Karasu Karei no Uma-ni offers Aomori halibut simmered to perfection and enhanced with a rich, house-made soy sauce.
Close out the meal with the Dezato, Shochu Azuki Yokan paired with a scoop of Matcha ice cream, offering a sweet conclusion to a decadent dining experience.
