This National Day, Level33 joins in the festivities with a special event on 9th of August and a month-long special dish, both crafted around the nation’s favourite flavours, utilising locally sourced sustainable produce.
From 5pm to 9pm, diners can enjoy unlimited servings of locally inspired dishes, house-brewed beers, house pour wines, Prosecco, and the iconic Singapore Sling for $268++ per person. On National Day, Level33 transforms its multi-zoned dining spaces into live food stations that serve innovative renditions of local cuisine throughout the venue. Curated by Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski and his team, the menu offers nine savoury dishes and two desserts, complemented by Level33’s free flow beverage package.
Delight in reimagined local favourites like the Singaporean Inspired Confit Egg Yolk Toast, which reinterprets the local breakfast of eggs and toast, elevated with caviar and chives. Other reinterpretations of classic hawker fare include the Locally Grown Mushroom Stout Char Siu Skewers which feature locally-grown mushrooms glazed in char siu sauce made with Level33 Stout brewed on-site, exemplify Level33’s distinctive ContemBrewery cuisine.
To conclude the feast, indulge in desserts such as the Housemade Beer Churros crafted from a light beer batter, dusted with coconut sugar, and served with accompaniments such as Kaya Sauce and Salted Chocolate Sauce.
Complementing the spread are free flow beverages such as an array of the microbrewery’s freshly house-brewed beers by Level33’s Resident Brewmaster, Gabriel Garcia, with selections such as Level33 Wheat Beer, and Level33 Stout.
To mark the occasion, Level33 offers an exclusive National Day special throughout the month of August. Available for dinner, the Fish for Two ($98++) showcases locally sourced seabass grilled over charcoal for a smoky flavour. Accompanied by locally grown mushrooms and barley risotto, seaweed burnt butter, and a local leaf salad, this dish pays homage to local produce.
