Show Dad the love that he deserves with Blue Jasmine’s exclusive 6-course Father’s Day Set Menu, priced at $98 nett for a family of four, and $148 nett for six. Available for takeaway from 12 to 20 June, the set comprises of tantalising appetisers, such as Tam Mua Seafood Salad, Deep-Fried Thai Fish Cake with Cucumber Relish, and Tom Kar Gai.
The set also includes hearty mains – Sun-Dried Chicken with Green Chili Dip, marinated chicken that is placed in a combi oven to mimic the traditional sun-drying style used in Thai kampungs, and Gaeng Som – a tangy, spicy curry made with housemade turmeric chili paste and deep-fried sea bass, long beans and green papaya. These mains are best paired with steamed jasmine rice, also included in the set.
Leave room for the Thai Dessert Platter – Tako, Thai Sago Coconut Balls and Koswee, for a sweet ending to the meal.
