Iconic rooftop destination CÉ LA VI presents another weekend of delectable dining with a line-up of creations prepared by Singapore’s hottest up and coming chefs and their take on heritage dishes.
Taking place on 6 and 7 March, the eighth edition of Sky High Hawker will feature local chefs and talents with rising popularity who will present their signature dish and create a specially curated dish for this occasion. Participating chefs are as follows:
• Kurt Sombero from Meatsmith
• Ueda Tsuyoshi from Tsuta
• James Wang from Hai Kee Soy Sauce Chicken Rice
• Manjit Kaur from Moghul Mahal
• Vincent Ho from Bedok 511 BBQ Wings and Satay
• Renee Tang Eyrn from Jelebu Dry Laksa
The guest chef offerings are accompanied by a selection of BAO burgers by CÉ LA VI Group Executive Chef Joey Sergentakis, desserts by CÉ LA VI Pastry Chef Kelvin Chia and cocktails by CÉ LA VI Lead Mixologist Andrew Hyman.
