On 10 September 2024 at 6:30pm, Camille at 1-Flowerhill welcomes Telmont Champagne for a one-night-only Telmont Champagne Pairing Dinner, hosted by Ludovic Du Plessis, President of Telmont. This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to savour Telmont’s groundbreaking release, the 100% certified organic Réserve de la Terre, a testament to their commitment to exceptional quality and terroir. For the evening, 1-Group’s Executive Chef of Asian Cuisines, Lamley Chua and 1-Flowerhill’s Head Chef, Loh Wai Lun, have crafted a special 6-course menu that pairs Telmont’s finest Champagnes with inventive dishes from Camille, Sentosa’s latest dining destination.
The evening will showcase the elegance of French-Japanese cuisine beginning with an Amuse Bouche of the Day. Other courses include Kihada Crudo; Cèpe and Shiitake Cappucino with Yanagi matsutake, kombu tsuyu sabayon, shaved black truffles, and mushroom tea; a refreshing Cold Capellini with a classic umami sauce vierge topped with Avruga caviar. The main course comes with a choice of the Dove Sole “Meuniere” with a miso meuniere, asparagus, and sunchoke tart, or the A5 Satsuma Gyu Rump Camp with salt baked celeriac, banana shallot confit, and yuzu kosho. Dessert finishes with a Deconstructed “White” Forest assembled tableside.
To complement the meal, a selection of four Telmont Champagnes has been curated. Camille invites diners to experience this exclusive one-night-only collaboration, a culinary journey that blends refined French culinary culture with the simplicity of Japanese cuisine.
The Camille x Telmont Champagne Pairing Dinner is available at $138++ per person for early bird reservations made by 27 August 2024, after which, the price will be $148++ per person.
