Carousel’s chefs turn up the heat with Nasi Ambeng (beef rendang, deep-fried tumeric chicken, begedil, chilli ikan cantik, sambal goreng and butterfly pea rice) and Lobster Mee Soto (lobster served with yellow noodles in turmeric chicken broth and begedil).
Keep a lookout for local favourites including Singapore Rojak, Gado Gado, Traditional Chicken and Mutton Satay and Nonya Kuehs.
End off the gastronomic journey with a fresh spin on familiar desserts! Look forward to Chendol Delice, Durian Chocolate Fudge, Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée, Ondeh Ondeh Chocolate Pralines and Durian Pengat. If these aren’t enough to whet your appetite, the pastry chef has also created Bandung Ice-cream with Selasih (basil seeds) and Pandan Waffles just for the season.
