
Bedrock Bar & Grill returns with the second edition of its 2025 World Meat Series, spotlighting Mayura Station’s legendary full-blood Wagyu beef – renowned for its 500-day chocolate-infused diet. From 21 May to 31 July 2025, indulge in a 5-Course Tasting Menu ($138++ per person) featuring Mayura’s Japan Black Hair Wagyu, where cattle are raised on a unique blend of chocolate feed, yielding an exquisite beef marbling.
For the first time, Bedrock Bar & Grill has crafted an entire menu around the chuck eye roll – a showcase of how one cut of beef can be transformed across distinct dishes, each highlighting a different textural experience. The tasting menu begins with the Cured Beef Carpaccio, followed by Mini Beef Wellington; Red Wine Braised Chuck Steak; Grilled Denver Steak with sauteed spinach; and a decadent Salted Caramel Truffle.
Diners attending the launch night exclusive on 21 May 2025 will be treated to a complimentary 5-wine pairing from Montes, a renowned Chilean winery, curated to enhance each course. The wine pairing is available at a supplement of $88++ per guest for the remainder of the promotional period.
