The exhibition presents 80 photographs of the Indochina Wars that spanned close to three decades in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. It features mainly vintage prints by internationally renowned names such as David Douglas Duncan, Don McCullin, Tim Page, Larry Burrows, Philip Jones Griffiths and less well known photographers from Vietnam and around the world. Some of the most iconic images of the 20th century have emerged from these wars, of which a selection will be in the exhibition. Alongside some of these emblematic photos will be the less familiar images taken by North Vietnamese Army photographers depicting the wars from their vantage point. The photographs are from the private collection of Singaporean collector Judd Kinne who was an United States Marine Corps infantry officer in South Vietnam, 1967 to 1969.
