In an exclusive 4-hands dinner specially presented by Michelin-starred chefs from Odette and Shinji by Kanesaka, discover for yourself the ultimate transcendent 8-course liquid gold pairing experience.
In an unprecedented showing of high expressions from the Suntory stable, luxuriate in the time-honoured Yamazaki 55 Year Old that will be served alongside the full flight of Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky expressions – Distiller’s Reserve, Yamazaki 12 Year Old, Yamazaki 18 Year Old, and Yamazaki 25 Years Old – each with its own narrative and acclaimed in their own right. Yamazaki 55 is a precise selection of malts matured for more than 55 years. It is an exceptional single malt showcasing Mizunara cask whisky distilled in 1960 under Suntory’s founder Shinjiro Torii, blended together with White Oak cask whisky distilled in 1964. The resulting expression is intense and flavourful, featuring a robust aroma redolent of sandalwood and well-ripened fruit; a bittersweet and woody palate; with a lingering sweet and rich finish.
Come for the exquisite culinary fare, stay for an original encounter of Japanese whisky of the utmost quality with Yamazaki – a flight of unique and refined expressions.
