For pastas and mains, indulge in comforting piping hot Lasagna with Beef Bolognese, the Artisanal Orecchiette with an Apulian Style Turnip Top, and the centrepiece of any Easter feast – a perfectly executed Roasted Lamb Leg. Also featured is the delicate ‘Baccalà’ Cod Fish with sage and tomatoes, and Charcoal Grilled Artichoke dressed in fragrant herb salmoriglio. These are complemented by rich, velvety Mashed Potatoes with horseradish and Caciocavallo cheese.
Those with a sweet tooth will be thrilled by the Easter dessert trolley, showcasing classic Italian Easter perfection – ‘Colomba Classica’ and ‘Pastiera Napoletana’. For something irresistibly creamy and luscious, the signature Tiramisù awaits.
