Deep Sea Crab Croquette: wild-caught Namibia crab encased in Japanese panko breadcrumbs, fried to golden perfection and served with black truffle mayonnaise, fennel salad, and beetroot-infused ikura
Aged Duck Breast: duck sourced from Ireland that has been aged for 3 to 4 days t enhance its natural richness, then seared and oven-finished and served with carrot purée and plum mustard sauce
