Best dog runs in Singapore
1. West Coast Park
Spanning 50 hectares, West Coast Park is colloquially known as the “play centre in the west”. Your furbaby will agree as it’s home to one of the biggest dog runs in Singapore. Filled with lush greenery, open spaces and park benches, here’s where you can relax and soak in the sun while your doggo runs about and mingles with its furry friends. Psst: there’s also a DIY dog wash booth that provides shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer and even tick repellent.

4. Jurong Lake Gardens
It’s all the way in the west, but your pup will thank you with a wagging tail. The field is pretty huge – 2,200 sqm to be exact – so expect larger breeds like Dalmatians and golden retrievers roaming the area. This canine playground is also equipped with grass mounds, ensuring the dogs get a decent workout.

5. Yishun Park
Taking the shape of a triangle and enclosed by a cement path along the inner border, this dog park is a little smaller than others. But we think it’s a great place for smaller breeds to scamper around freely. Come prepared as the nearest water point is a bit of a walk.

6. Punggol Park
A hotspot for joggers and cyclists living in the area, Punggol Park is the answer to a dog park in the northeast. Nothing to rave about, but it’s a decent pen area with ample space, shade and greenery. Keep your pooch engaged with a fun game of fetch or frisbee.
