Zander Ng’s love for food has seen him spend a good part of his life collecting recipes and gaining inspiration through his travels. Half Australian, half Singaporean, he calls SG home, but the food that truly defines him is Italian-Asian cuisine that fuses European techniques with Asian ingredients. Zander is the winner of the first ever MasterChef Singapore.
