Are you an efficient texter who communicates with Emojis instead of words? Apple is about to release a new bunch of Emojis later in 2017, and here’s how we’d use them
We’ve sure come a long way from our colon-closed-parenthesis. Just like how a picture says a thousand words, texting has certainly become more engaging – and in some ways, more efficient – with the advancement of Emojis to express our emotions. Apple knows this, and on World Emoji Day on 17 July, it unveiled a new set of Emoji icons to be implemented for iOS, macOS, and watchOS later this year. As you might imagine, this news gets our Honeycombers’ smiley face of approval, and we can’t wait to use these Emojis in the following scenarios.
The new Emojis will be released on iOS, macOS, and watchOS later in 2017.
