Sushi lovers in South Jakarta no longer need to travel all the way to the North to get the taste of Sushi Hiro. After Pantai Indah Kapuk and Kelapa Gading, the Japanese restaurant has finally headed South to Senopati, where it’s been swarmed with visitor and loaded with a long waiting list since day one. Located inside a spacious area with a transparent glass exterior and wooden interior with white paper crafts adorning the entire ceiling, Sushi Hiro’s favourites are the sushi moriawase served on a mini staircase, Aburi Salmon Chirashi with Chop Foie Gras, and Gyu Garlic Fried Rice with Onsen Egg.
