SoHo’s all-American diner, Burger Circus, celebrates five years of burger-flipping and milkshake-slinging with five days of $55 Cheeseburger Combos.
From 5 through 9 May, stop into the railcar-style diner from 5pm onwards and get a classic cheeseburger made from 5oz of freshly-ground USDA-certified prime beef patty, topped with melted Wisconsin cheddar, sliced onion, pickles, house-made circus sauce and served on a toasted bun. Each combo comes with thick-cut fries and a house-made soda. Experience the nostalgia of this charming family-friendly venue in the heart of SoHo, whose classic menu is a nod to the old-fashioned American soda parlour and which has, five years down the road, become a much-loved destination in Hong Kong for a quick bite or lingering rendezvous over a house-made milkshake.
It is not a birthday without cake, so Burger Circus is putting a sweet twist on its traditional ‘Pie of the Month’ and completing the birthday festivities with an extra-special cake available throughout the whole month. Introducing the Sugar Cookie B’Day Cake, a sweet confection made with alternating layers of raspberry icing and whipped cream nestled between buttery sugar cookies and topped off with dollops of whipped cream and sweet raspberries. Available by the slice ($48) or whole ($288) both in-house or via GO. 48hour pre-order required for all whole cakes.
