I&#8217;m currently using the former for meditation and the latter for grounding exercises, like yoga and pilates, so that I can tackle stress both at the mental and physical level. I&#8217;ve used other apps at different points in my well-being journey, too, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Calm<\/strong><\/a> for meditation and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefabulous.co\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Fabulous<\/strong><\/a> for habit building.<\/p>\n<h3>2. As a beginner to the meditation process, I find using this mental health app helps me to clear my mind in a relatively short amount of time.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, I like to stay active by using exercise apps like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Strava<\/strong><\/a> to track my workouts, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/hiking-in-hong-kong-nature-scenery-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hiking<\/a>, and running. I personally find that getting my body moving and breaking a sweat is the most effective way to combat stress.
