How and why did you decide to launch your business?<\/h3>\n

I am a psychology teacher and I am fascinated by how the human mind works. However, psychology theories cannot often solve practical problems. Yoga, in my view, is a school of “applied psychology,” providing ways to enhance mental and physical health with clear steps and instruction that people can practice daily. I find it logical and useful. So my partner and I founded Yoga GOM to share our knowledge of yoga with others. We are also intentionally building a community that helps people become more self-aware.<\/p>\n
