This new little meditation studio in Central is what we\u2019ve all been waiting for. We went to the launch event and tried a blissful tea meditation courtesy of Resham Daswani from Spiral Spaces. The group enjoyed a blissful tea ceremony in silence as we escaped from the city (and work) for a little me-time. We\u2019re loving that when you sign up as a member you get money to spend towards your first class. We\u2019ll definitely be back to try the reiki sessions, sound baths and lunchtime classes at Enhale Meditation Studio<\/a>.<\/p>\n
