As a devoted egg-chaser, my week is full of strength training, running and rolling which takes its toll on the body. However, Hong Kong\u2019s fast-moving wellness community is now making recovery treatments more accessible for the average fit Hong Konger, rather than just the professionals. But, essentially it\u2019s all about recovery. I undertook a 10 minute cycle between the Infrared sauna and Cryospa, alternating from one to the other three times. There\u2019s nothing quite like lowering yourself into ice cold water, reliving that scene from Titanic and subsequently wiping beads of sweat from your brow. To some it might not be worth the psychological warfare, but if you lead a active intense lifestyle then it\u2019s worth it.
