Rising bedroom pop artists in recent years include <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/fazerdaze-amelia-murray-morningside-music-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fazerdaze<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Homeshake, Bane\u2019s World, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/mellow-fellow-interview-jazzie-robinson-indie-music\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mellow Fellow<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Clairo and many more. As huge fans of all kinds of indie music, we\u2019ve put together a list of the best bedroom pop albums and EPs released in 2018, enjoy. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Top bedroom pop albums and EPs released in 2018<\/b><\/h3>\n<h3><b>Angel Youth by Vansire<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-159166 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/08\/bedroom-pop-albums-lo-fi-indie-music-Vansire-Angel-Youth-e1535939476838.jpg\" alt=\"bedroom pop albums lo-fi indie music Vansire Angel Youth\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/300;\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Influenced by the likes of Mac DeMarco, Josh Augustin and Sam Winemiller from Minnesota got together and became Vansire. The two recorded their first song in a basement using an iPad with a very cracked screen, which later got picked up by Minnesota Public Radio, and that&#8217;s how the band started. Now under the label Spirit Goth Records, Vansire\u2019s latest album Angel Youth promises wonderful synth loops and beautifully-written yet quirky lyrics. Having recently released his full-length album Flavour through Feel Trip Records, Paul Cherry offers as a whimsical, dreamy and sort of jazzy album that you can put on replay for forever. His second release with Danger Collective Records in 2018 &#8211; Me, Again &#8211; touches upon the issues of vulnerability, isolation, addiction and regret. In 2016, his self-titled debut album delivered a variety of blissful shoegaze-influenced tracks like Dreamgaze and Falling Forward. And his latest album VHS is an intriguing mix of sadness and comfort, which is perfect for a rainy afternoon. From songwriting to vocals and engineering, Walker did it all by himself, hence the birth of the delightful and jangly III.
