Co-owned by legendary pizza chef Franco Pepe, whose family was known to be the first to revolutionise the art of pizza making, KYTALY is an award-winning Geneva-based Italian restaurant that is said to bring the best pizza outside of Italy to customers from across the globe. It all comes down to creating original recipes from scratch and following traditional methods that were passed down in his family for generations. <\/p>\n

What\u2019s on KYTALY Hong Kong\u2019s menu?<\/h3>\n

The menu at KYTALY Hong Kong features nineteen pizzas, from classics to Franco Pepe\u2019s signature creation like Sole Nel Piatto (mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, small Piennolo tomato, black olives from Caiazzo, Cetara anchovies, oregano, basil and extra virgin olive oil) and Margherita Sbagliata, alongside a selection of Italian salads and desserts. Not to mention their famous calzone which is made of fior di latte, tomato, cooked ham, extra virgin olive oil. <\/p>\n

Hoping to keep the dishes as authentic as possible, all ingredients for pizza and antipasti served at KYTALY Hong Kong are sourced directly from Italy, from tomato, oregano, basil, garlic, anchovies to Fior di Latte and yeast. Others include the highly precious Tuna Alletterato that is fished in the Mediterranean Sea, the non-fatty high quality pork from Caserta in the south of Italy and the Mozzarella di Bufala is sourced from Italian Mediterranean buffalo milk in Campana. <\/p>\n

Last but not least, you can also find Hong Kong\u2019s first Campari Bar at KYTALY Hong Kong. Choose from a selection of seventeen classic cocktails such as Negroni Arabica, with Vermouth, Gin, Campari, infused with Coffee or Campari Spritz with Campari, Prosecco and Soda Water. <\/p>\n
