On top, there is the Just Scramble scrambled egg that is cooked evenly and beautifully, drizzled with teriyaki sauce. Even though it doesn\u2019t taste exactly as savoury as a real egg (as it\u2019s made of mung bean), it still delivers an eggy-like flavour and a wonderful fluffy texture that resembles a real egg. As a long-term vegan, I\u2019m pretty blown away by this incredible cholesterol and antibiotics-free product. <\/p>\n<p>Underneath the scrambled egg is a warm bed of red rice and a generous amount of sauteed vegetables, including broccoli, carrot, roasted eggplant and shiitake mushrooms. The toppings are very well seasoned and have a gentle smokiness. It\u2019s very satiating and it\u2019s becoming my favourite item on the menu of Green Common.<\/p>\n<h3>All Day Just Scramble<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_149538\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-149538\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-149538 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/02\/All-Day-Breakfast-Just-Scramble-Green-Common-Hong-Kong..jpg\" alt=\"All Day Just Scramble Green Common Hong Kong\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/02\/All-Day-Breakfast-Just-Scramble-Green-Common-Hong-Kong..jpg 900w, https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/02\/All-Day-Breakfast-Just-Scramble-Green-Common-Hong-Kong..jpg 300w, https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2018\/02\/All-Day-Breakfast-Just-Scramble-Green-Common-Hong-Kong..jpg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/600;\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-149538\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The All Day Just Scramble consists of tomato, green salad, mixed mushrooms, baked beans, avocado, whole wheat toast and Just Scramble with black truffle p\u00e2t\u00e9<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For the all day breakfast, the scrambled egg is topped with black truffle p\u00e2t\u00e9 which gives it a very rich and aromatic flavour. On the side, there are baked beans and fresh avocado for you to spread on your toast, which can be switched to hash browns upon request. For me, this plate is not as satisfying as the huge teriyaki bowl, yet it still serves as a nice alternative all day breakfast for vegans. Having incorporated homemade curry sauce with plant-based fish ball, mushroom and Chinese radish, they successfully deliver a vegan version of this traditional Cantonese street food. It\u2019s spicy and flavourful.
