Cong Sao has long been known as a popular Chinese dessert chain in Hong Kong. Given that the owner is a vegetarian herself, it didn\u2019t take long for her to open Cong Sao Veggie Express. This place is dedicated to recreating traditional Cantonese vegetarian dishes, such as Sweet and Sour \u201cChicken\u201d (made of monkey head mushrooms), Baked Tomato \u201cPork\u201d Chop Rice and Truffle Fried Rice \u2013 and it\u2019s definitely one of the best Chinese vegetarian places in Hong Kong! <\/p>\n
