Have a seat at this lovely park when you feel tired from all the walking in <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/hong-kong-shopping-malls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shopping malls<\/a> or when you want a quick break from all the noises and massive crowds in Causeway Bay. Along with an artificial lake and a waterfall, there is also an array of modernised facilities, including a Tai Chi Garden for those who need space for practising, an aviary for bird watching, and the Vantage Point which provides a panoramic view of the park. Hong Kong Park also houses a selection of preserved <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/historic-buildings-hong-kong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">historic garrison buildings<\/a> that were built between 1842 and 1910, such as Flagstaff House, which was formerly the residence of the Commander-in-Chief of the British Armed Forces and is now a tea museum.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lcsd.gov.hk\/en\/parks\/hkp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Hong Kong Park<\/a>, 19 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>3. This park in Hong Kong is conveniently close to the city \u2013 approximately a 15-minute walk from the Sheung Wan MTR station \u2013 and makes a pleasant location for quick <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/picnic-spots-in-hong-kong-where-to-picnic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">picnics<\/a>. The park also features a wonderful soccer pitch and two basketball courts, so that teens and children can stretch their muscles and sweat it out.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lcsd.gov.hk\/en\/parks\/sysmp\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park<\/a>, 16 Eastern Street North, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>4. With its green lawns and stunning views of Victoria Harbour, this park is ideal for spreading out a picnic blanket and relaxing. After World War II, it was notoriously known as the hub for criminals, drug addicts, prostitutes and even unlicensed dentists; and in 1995, it was transformed into a park for residents to use. The Chinese-style gardens have preserved features from some of the original buildings, and it\u2019s a must-go for those who are into culture and history. Definitely one of our favourite parks in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lcsd.gov.hk\/en\/parks\/kwcp\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Kowloon Walled City Park<\/a>, Tung Tsing Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>6. Inside, visitors can walk around the beautifully curated space or spend time at the <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/vegetarian-restaurants-in-hong-kong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegetarian restaurant<\/a>. As the seasons change, so do the colours of this park, making it a peaceful spot to meditate in silence or read a good book. In the springtime, this Hong Kong park is covered with blankets of flora and fauna, while the leaves turn golden brown in autumn.
