Set up off the busy streets of Central, I Know John is the perfect spot to hang with friends<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We were excited to head out to I Know John recently and sample their cocktail menu. Located in The Loop on Wellington Street, the bar has a welcoming atmosphere that is only enhanced by the friendly staff and mixologists. This is the kind of place you want to go to escape the busy streets and catch up with your besties over a good drink.<\/p>\n

Our favourite Cocktails<\/h3>\n

The mixologists at I Know John have created a selection of unique cocktails that utilise seasonal ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We tried a selection of cocktails from the menu at I Know John, and we loved all the unique flavours that the mixologists brought to the table.<\/p>\n

Made with green Chartreuse-infused ginger and chili, chocolate, lime and pineapple, Salt Bae is a refreshingly citrus drink with a rich chocolate finish, and the pink Himalayan salt-infused lavender only adds to the flavour of this quirky cocktail.<\/p>\n

The Blueberry Basil Smash is perfect for those who love a fruity drink, and is crafted with Williams Chase Gin, basil leaf juice, blueberries and a dash of lemon juice.<\/p>\n

But our favourite was undoubtedly The Catcher in the Rye. A blend of orange, lemon, sweet vermouth and rye whiskey, this cocktail will definitely warm up the cockles of your heart.<\/p>\n

Ok, so the one in the middle is actually a cocktail, but they look so pretty together!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We love it when a bar puts as much effort into their mocktails as their cocktails, and I Know John does just that. The Watermelon & Black Pepper mixes the refreshing fruit with the spice of pepper, while the Pineapple, Cucumber & Ginger will suit anyone looking for healthy fix.<\/p>\n
