And at Veggi Monster in Sheung Wan have found the perfect balance between <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/hong-kong\/tastiest-vegetarian-restaurants-in-hong-kong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">delicious vegetarian food<\/a> and mouthwatering cheese burgers. By incorporating nutritious legumes and organic fresh vegetables, they make sure everyone\u2019s getting a healthy yet satisfying meal. <\/p>\n<h3>Burger indulgence<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_144560\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-144560\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-144560 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/10\/Veggi-Monster-burger-vegan-vegetarian-burger-Sheung-Wan-Tofu-Lover-e1508299686347.jpg\" alt=\"Veggi Monster burger vegan vegetarian burger Sheung Wan Tofu Lover\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/600;\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-144560\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The patty of the tofu burger at Veggi Monster has a smoky flavour which I really enjoyed<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dark Giant, the edgy charcoal bun burger is one of their signature dishes, but it\u2019s not just a gimmicky item as some might speculate. The patty is made of black beans, potato, quinoa and bread crumbs. Despite feeling a bit mushy at first bite, the huge burger tastes great, with the melted soy cheese and aromatic black truffle sauce working well together. While Dark Giant won the popular vote, Flame Rex was my personal favourite. The tofu and beetroot patty is a lot firmer than expected and tastes really savoury, with the mustard sauce giving it an extra kick! <\/p>\n<h3>Fuel your body with refreshing salad and wraps<\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_144547\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-144547\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-144547 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/10\/Veggi-Monster-vegan-vegetarian-burger-Sheung-Wan-quinoa-wrap-e1508298860740.jpg\" alt=\"Veggi Monster vegan vegetarian burger Sheung Wan quinoa wrap\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/600;\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-144547\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Grab a bottle of fresh juice from Bless to go along with your salad!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>If you\u2019re in the mood for something light and refreshing, Veggi Monster also has an array of salad boxes for you to select from, such as the Fusilli Pasta Salad with Pumpkin Sauce, Garden Salad and Quinoa Mushroom Salad. The quinoa salad is mixed with fresh cherry tomatoes, crunchy lettuce and mushroom, and \u2013 even though it wasn\u2019t seasoned enough for my liking \u2013 it\u2019s a zesty meal for those who appreciate simplicity in a salad.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_144546\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-144546\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-144546 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/10\/vegan-vegetarian-burger-Sheung-Wan-burger-wrap-e1508298893996.jpg\" alt=\"vegan vegetarian burger Sheung Wan burger wrap\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/600;\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-144546\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Lion &amp; Quinoa wraps are cool cold items to grab-and-go during busy lunch hours<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The lion mane mushrooms add a nice chewy texture to the Lion &amp; Quinoa wraps, while the added vegan mayonnaise and quinoa make them rich and saucy. Plus, they also have an Avocado &amp; Cashew wrap, as well as a Garden Life wrap with portobello mushrooms on the menu, I\u2019ll definitely be back for these $40 gems. Maybe those will be a nice surprise as well!<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, Veggi Monster only does takeout, but feel free to have a quick bite of that burger right outside the deli.
