But what about Korean food? Reflecting their pursuit of moving beyond urban Korean street food and creating new refreshing flavours, Bib n Hops Refined is a modern dining space in Wan Chai. The salad is topped with a creamy sauce and chopped nuts that leaves a tangy, yet savoury taste in your mouth. Mix the sauces on the side of the plate together for a surprisingly sweet burst of flavour. The pieces of corn in the dish provided an interesting crisp crunch and had an almost buttery creamy yet light texture.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_143756\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-143756\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-143756 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/10\/Long-Jiang-Chicken-Skewer-e1507033885740.jpeg\" alt=\"Bib n Hops refined chicken skewers\" width=\"900\" height=\"626\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/626;\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-143756\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">You&#8217;re not going to want to miss the Long Jiang Chicken Skewers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As the Long Jiang Chicken Skewers were placed on the table, smoke still rose from within the golden plate. Your fork immediately sinks into the tender chicken, and when placed in your mouth, you can taste the fresh smoke flavour that had been so visual before &#8211; delicious.<\/p>\n<p>The Mulhoe was a brown jelly noodle dish wrapped in fresh bright orange salmon, topped with dried seaweed flakes and fresh sea urchin. Placed around the dish, large cylinders of orange fish roe and strawberries encased in a square ice-cube floated in a warm red savoury and sweet soup. My favourite dish of the day, the raw lobster that had been marinated for weeks and sat beautifully on the light blue plate.
