After a busy work week, keeping up with our fitness regimen<\/a> and shopping the latest fashion trends<\/a> in Hong Kong, there\u2019s nothing we like more than kicking off our shoes and pouring a tasty drink<\/a>. So we were excited to attend the launch of Pinkster Gin with Crafted 852 this week. Held at Duddell\u2019s<\/a>, we also got to try the beautiful cocktail that they have created in aid of breast cancer for the month of October.<\/p>\n

Along with the gin, the brand also creates a delicious gin jam and boozy berries<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Available exclusively through Crafted 852 – an online pantry for food lovers – Pinkster Gin has officially launched in Hong Kong. Created in rural Cambridge, the unique gin has a stunning pink tint that is derived naturally from the raspberries that are used to make it and the bottle looks absolutely stunning.<\/p>\n

The cocktail was designed by resident Duddell’s mixologist Masumi Tomioka,<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In celebration of the launch, Crafted 852 has partnered with two-Michelin-starred Duddell\u2019s to create an exclusive cocktail that is made with Pinkster Gin. For each \u9ebb\u592e Mao cocktail sold in October, $10 of the profits will go to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund\u2019s Pink Revolution – it\u2019s pretty much the perfect match.<\/p>\n

The brainchild of renowned Tokyo mixologist Masumi Tomioka, who has recently taken over the Duddell\u2019s bar, the \u9ebb\u592e Mao features sakura liqueur, elderflower tonic, pomegranate juice, fresh holy basil and – of course – lashings of Pinkster Gin (and we can confirm that it\u2019s delicious.)<\/p>\n

Named for a pioneering journalist in Japan who created a candid and open dialogue around her struggle with breast cancer until her death, the creative tipple is a true homage to strong and fearless woman, and we think that\u2019s pretty great.<\/p>\n
