Opened by veteran chef Philippe Orrico and run by chef de cuisine Julien Cadiouand, French restaurant Upper Modern Bistro in Sheung Wan promises its guests remarkable dishes that embrace elements of both Japanese and French cuisine.<\/p>\n<h3>Casually chic at Upper Modern Bistro<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-137991 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/static.thehoneycombers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2017\/06\/DSC08417-1-e1497000565699.jpg\" alt=\"French Dining Upper Modern Bistro Dining Hong Kong\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 900px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 900\/600;\"><\/p>\n<p>Without a doubt, humble simplicity trumps showy pretense at this quietly elegant restaurant whose interior is decked out in blonde wood and marine blue.
