Located on the shoreline of Hung Hom Bay, this 16-storey hotel has been vibrantly conceived by renowned interior designer Andre Fu.<\/p>\n<p>We just love the generous space and openness he has achieved throughout the property \u2013 it feels extremely resort-like \u2013 a true escape from hectic Hong Kong! Inspired by the 19th century shipyards that once dominated the Hung Hom Bay neighbourhood in which the hotel now sits, the walls of Hung Tong are lined in red bricks that were once a signature of buildings along the shoreline &#8211; such a nostalgic touch!<\/p>\n<p>For a little more action, head on down to Big Bay Caf\u00e9, where seven pavilions await. Offering a selection of different cuisines, all are worth a try before tucking into the cakes pops and sorbet bombs at the Pastry and Dessert Lab.<\/p>\n<h3>Stirring up a storm<\/h3>\n<p>For the ultimate drinking experience, Red Sugar definitely gets a thumbs-up from us with its stunning 270-degree wraparound terrace and mind-blowing cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>Two of the must-try drinks include the refreshing Midori-Shiso Sour and the yoghurt-based Lucky Cat that comes with a <i>lai see<\/i> (red packet) inside which another treat awaits.
