Presenting modern European cuisine that is seasonally lead, diners are introduced to new flavour combinations that are quite literally mind-blowing. We think it\u2019s great that the team offers an amazing array of vegetarian options too, such as Japanese fruit tomato with soft goats curd, leek, onion seeds and marfuga olive oil.
