Things to do this weekend in Hong Kong: 23-24 March
Silvia Perez Cruz Dressed by the Night (Vestida de Nit)
Kick things off on Friday night with the soulful stylings of Catalan singer-songwriter Silvia Perez Cruz. Part of the 2019 Hong Kong Arts Festival (HKAF), sit back and listen to songs from her album Vestida de Nit (Dressed by the Night) that feature influences from flamenco, bolero, South American folk songs and more. We have a feeling this will be one concert you’ll never forget.
Taste of Hong Kong
Presented by HSBC, Taste of Hong Kong is back from 21-24 March, welcoming 12 restaurants to the Central Harbourfront. Head on down and sample specialty dishes from the likes of Flying Elk, John Anthony, Old Bailey, Hoi King Heen, and Sausage Commitment, a project by Okra Hong Kong and Artemis and Apollo.
We hear there will be places to fill your water bottles and recycling stations too, to help make this event more green than it’s ever been before, so grab your tickets now.
Geek Fox at Pong Midtown
If you’re looking for things to do this weekend in Hong Kong that bring the party, then you’re definitely going to want to head over to Geek Fox at Pong Midtown on Saturday night. This Korean DJ has fast become a household name thanks to her signature electro, house and trap beats, and she’ll be spinning from 6pm till late.
Douce d’Ivry solo exhibition
Until 15 April, Douce d’Ivry will show her first solo photography exhibition at Château Zoobeetle in Sheung Wan. Inspired by Jean Paul Goude and Wong Kar-wai, the works blend fashion and street photography to create stunning visceral scapes that will put you in good stead for the rest of arts month.

And if you’re looking for the perfect getaway for the entire family, you won’t want to miss a trip to the HSBC Singapore Rugby Sevens 2019, featuring rugby and live music for the adults and Minions, Trolls and a Water park for the kids.
