The Woods' Annex is a new premium and artisanal spirits library founded by Hong Kong entrepreneur Victoria Chow, and we can't wait to try it out
Hong Kong is a city that is constantly changing and evolving, with hidden new restaurants and new menus, that seem to appear out of nowhere, but what never changes is the city’s love for its food and drinks. This month, The Woods’ Annex – a new intimate tasting room in SoHo – will be opening, and we are looking forward to seeing what entrepreneur Victoria Chow has to offer at the new venue.
The Woods’ Annex in Central

Launched Hong Kong entrepreneur Victoria Chow, The Woods’ Annex is set to be a place for guests to experience premium and artisanal spirits. Seating up to eight visitors, the intimate hidden bar is available by appointment only, for those who want to experience the latest innovative bar and drinks concepts.
We like the fact that The Woods’ Annex offers the opportunity for visitors to explore unfamiliar spirits and grow their knowledge to develop a more adventurous palate, as well as engage with bar managers or visiting producers for the ultimate insider learnings.
Word on the street is that there will be guided tastings and workshops hosted by The Woods’ mixologists and other industry experts, from independent producers to large distillers in the business, including Matt Magliocco, President of Michter’s bourbon; Jess Estes, founder of Ocho Tequila; and Mika Lipiainen, CEO and Founder of Kyro Distillery Gin.
We’re looking forward to trying this experience out.
The Woods’ Annex, 64 Staunton Street Central, Hong Kong,香港中環士丹頓街64號. By appointment only
